These are the rights you have as players playing at Babylon Towers.
You Have the Right...
"To Be Informed of All Modifications and Deletions of Your Posts within 24hrs from date of Modification or Deletion"
For whatever reason, either Administration or a Moderator will feel the need to edit or delete a post you may have created. Please learn how to use the PM's on this message board because that is the form of Notification that will be used to inform you of changes to your posts done by Administrators and Moderators.
"To Dispute the Reason for Modification or Deletion of your Posts by an Moderator"
We encourage you to keep copies of all posts you make on this message board because of this. Any disputes you have with a modification or Deletion must brought to Admin Ash, vie PM's.
Please Include Copies of your original post, a forwarded copy of the Notification from the Moderator, and the reason why you feel it was an unjust decision. Admin Ash will make a decision within 48 hours, and inform you of it.
"To Dispute a Modification or Deletion of your Post by and Administrator."
Please have your logic train ready to go if your going to dispute a modification or deletion made by Administrator. Include copies of your original post, a copy of the Administrators Notification, and your reasoning for why the modification, or deletion, was unjust.
Send all of the above to Admin Ash via PM's and you will have a decision with in 48 hours of receipt.
"To Voice your Opinion about New Rules"
New rules will be added as seen fit; when someone is being abusive towards people, players, characters, story lines, or the board itself. You have the right to agree or disagree with Rules, without fear of being banned, blocked, or deleted as long as you follow the Rules while voicing your opinion. Please don't be abusive with your language towards the Administration or anyone else while exercising this Right.
"To Vote Upon New Rules Called in Question by the Majority."
The Board Staff may have created this MB, the storyline, the Rules, and two of the Species. But You, the Players, are the ones who play here and turn it into it what it is and what it will be come.
If a Majority of you say you don't agree with a certain Rule, a Vote will be called and it must pass with a 80% Majority before it will be changed or Deleted. 80% majority players active within the last month
"To Be Treated with Respect and Dignity at all Times OOC"
While your character may get violated, abused, disrepected, cursed at at, and beat upon; You will not OOC. You are a human beings who Will be treated with respect by other Players, Ash'es Lil Helpers, and Myself.
Please keep in mind though, that someone may post something you find degrading but was not posted with that intent. Notify the poster that their words seemed inappropriate to you, in PM's, and ask them to clarify what they mean. Most of the time, people will clarify, people who are being rude and belligerant wont. Notify me immediatly through PM's, E-Mail, or IM's and let Me deal with them.
Do not sink to their level and get into a potty mouth escapade with them. It's the Administrations job to defend your Rights, let them do it.

Those are the Basic Rights that you have as Players of Babylon Towers. These right's will not be violated by Administrators, Moderators, or Other Players.

You have the Responsibility...
"To Sign into Roll Call"
Roll Call will be random and unpredictable. It may be called twice a week or once every few months, to weed out inactive Players. From start of Roll Call you will have week before it is closed to sign in and post that your here. If you don't not sign and post, your account with be deleted.
You can re-create the account, but on probationary status untill you can follow the rules and show up for Roll Call.
"To inform all Players, Moderators, and Administration when you will be gone for a length of Time"
There is a forum below called "MIA" for players who, due to RL, will not be around for awhile. Please use this forum. People listed on MIA will not have their accounts deleted if they miss a Roll Call.
When MIA your character will be Auto'ed Storyline Administrator if the character is active in a plotline. They will quietly move the Character/Character's to the sidelines, but the character will not killed or harmed in any fashion by anyone.
"To Obey The Rules"
The Rules apply to everyone, even those called into question by the majority (Untill Voting has ended and the rule either replaced, edited, or deleted.)
The Rules are there to maintain the harmony of Babylon Towers, please do not violate them.
"To Respond within a Reasonable Time Frame IC"
There is nothing more annoying than when a player puts time and energy into a post and then has to wait a month for a response when the other players are not MIA and have not posted anything about what may delay them.
One week is a more than resonable Time Frame to form a reply in. If RL has come to call, please notify your fellow RP'ers that it may take you awhile to respond, and weither or not to commit Character Theft to move the plot line along.
We understand RL comes first, and this is just a hobby and game, but please be courtious to your other RP'ers and inform us what is going on so were not waiting in ignorance.
