Chicago was a premier city of the old United States of America, and is the premier city of the Avati.
Running water, electricty, heat, TV, Radio, cars, even a small version of the Internet though it only incorpates the city itself.
The only things that speaks of Chicago not being what it was is the Avati, their Human slaves, and the 20 foot wall that encompasses the city.
